Marinated Roasted Red Peppers & Goat Cheese on Baguette
Add peppers, vinegar, olive oil, orange juice, basil and cjili flakes in bowl and toss to combine. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. (can be made several hours in advance).
When ready to serve, set cheese on serving plate. Surround the cheese with the marinated peppers. Sprinkle peppers with parsley, if using. Spread sliced baguette or crackers with cheese and top with peppers.
