Grilled Honey-Garlic Chicken
Rub chicken with 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil and season with ½ tsp (2 mL) salt and the pepper. Grill on barbecue preheated to medium-high, turning occasionally, until chicken is browned, approx. 25 min., or until internal temperature in thickest part of thigh reaches 165°F (74°C). Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix honey, 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice and garlic. Brush onto chicken legs in last 5 min. of cooking.
In bowl, toss salad greens with remaining oil, lemon juice and salt.
Serve chicken with side salad.
