Chili Lime Sea Salt

3 tbsp
finely grated lime zest
45 mL
1 tbsp
hot pepper flakes
15 mL

  1. Preheat oven to 300˚F (150˚C). Stir together salt, lime zest and hot pepper flakes. Spread evenly on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min. or until zest is dry. Cool completely.

  2. Transfer to 1-cup (250-mL) Mason jar and seal with lid. Decorate with festive ribbon or string and tag. Recipe doubles easily.
