Directions

  1. In small bowl, blend sriracha barbecue sauce with peanut butter. Set aside.

  2. On barbecue preheated to medium-high, grill burger patties 5 to 6 min. per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  3. Split the buns. Place burger patties on bottom halves of buns. Top with reserved sauce, carrot, cilantro and green onion. Cap with top buns.
